Triple Pass Dryer
Our triple pass dryer is characterized by compact structure, reasonable layout, reliable running, high thermal efficiency, and low power consumption.
Features
- With self-insulated drums, the triple pass dryer has thermal efficiency as high as 80% while the thermal efficiency of single drum drying machine is only 35%. Compared with the single drum product, the triple drum drying machine saves coal by 68% and its output is increased by 100%.
- The length of the triple drum rotary drying machine is only 40% of that of the single drum product, which is conducive to process layout. This also reduces plant construction area and saves 40% of the project investment. The floor area of this triple pass dryer is approximately 20 square meters.
- Our product adopts the heat-resistant, wear-resistant alloy steel plate which is four time more wear-resistant than ordinary steel plate, so it has long service life.
- Temperature of the material discharged from the triple pass dryer is lower than 60℃ while the discharging material from the single drum drying machine is 150℃ in temperature. The low outlet temperature helps to extend the service time of the dust removal equipment. An air box pulse bag type dust remover can be used.
- The hot blast stove can be used in conjunction with the fluidized bed furnace, coal stove, and gas furnace.
