Jaw Crusher

The PE series of jaw crusher is mainly used for the coarse and medium crushing operations of various ore materials with compressive strength not exceeding 320Mpa. Featuring simple structure, reliable running, easy maintenance, low operating costs, large crushing ratio, and uniform size of processed material, this product is widely used in the mining, smelting, building material, highway, railway, water conservancy, chemical, and other industries.

Working Principle

The eccentric shaft is driven to rotate by the motor through the pulley, making the moveable jaw approach and leave the fixed jaw periodically, so as to squeeze, rub, and grind the material. Consequently, the material becomes smaller and gradually falls until it is discharged from the discharge port.
