Cement Grinding Plant (Annual Output: 2 Million Tons)

Pengfei offers complete solutions and equipment for cement grinding plant project whose annual production capacity is 2 million tons. The project is equipped with Φ4.2×13m open circuit cement tube mill, 170-140 roller press and 1200V powder separator to form a complete cement production line comprising grinding, roll pressing and packaging.

The cement grinding plant features leading production techniques to achieve clean, efficient and energy-saving cement manufacturing. The cement grinding line adopts combined milling and pressing system, distributed control system, bag dust collector and other advanced equipment. In combination with strict quality management, the quality and stability of cement grinding are ensured with minimal energy consumption and dust emissions.

Pengfei has independent docks facilitating loading, unloading and delivery of raw materials products. The cement can be packed in bulk or bags, widely used for precast pipes manufacturing, construction of important engineering structures, concrete projects, construction of residential, commercial or industrial buildings and more.
