Quality Assurance and After-Sales Service Commitment

1. Product Quality
a. Quality Management System
To ensure product quality and project quality, we conduct a comprehensive inspection on the products we produce according to the product drawings and industry standards. In addition to the regular quality inspection, we pay attention to the following items.
aa. Establish an effective quality management system throughout the whole manufacturing process and implement three levels of quality management, i.e., factory level, workshop level, and team level. Strengthen testing procedures and control process quality, preventing nonconforming parts entering the next process and ensuring the qualified rate of the semi-finished products.

bb. For the main components of the product, quality control points are determined. They are worked out in accordance with the drawings and the relevant product standards, and they are used as the production inspection criteria. All data are archived to prepare for inspection.

cc. Strengthen the quality control of raw materials and matching pieces. All raw materials, steel castings, and blank should be attached with certificate of quality and warranty book. When entering our factory, these materials will be sampled and tested by our full-time inspectors. Only when the materials are tested to be qualified are they allowed to enter our warehouse and used for production.

dd. For the motor, reducer, and other major supporting equipment, we have allocated special personnel for testing and trail operation. After qualified, they can be used in our product.

ee. Strengthen product assembly quality control. The product should be assembled in strict accordance with the drawing and assembly process requirements. All components that are required to be assembled in the factory must be assembled and debugged in the factory. After qualified, the assembly can leave the factory. For components that ought to be assembled on site, they must firstly be debugged in the factory. After they are debugged to be qualified, make corresponding marks and assemble on site to ensure the quality of the entire equipment.

ff. Strengthen the management of the painting quality. Our product should be painted with anti-rust paint. The appearance quality of the painting is focused on. After tested by professionals to be qualified, the product can leave the factory

gg. Strengthen the quality control of delivery. Pack the product according to the drawing. Before delivery, check all products and accessories. Defective components should be replaced. For qualified products, delivery procedures can be performed. Fill in and submit the packing list and transport order, and issue product certificate. If necessary, notify the cement plant to send someone for monitoring.

b. Manufacturing Quality
aa. In the equipment manufacturing process, the demand side can send a representative to the supply side for monitoring. If any quality problems are found, the demand side is entitled to inform the supply side of the details and remedies. For reworked equipment, if it is identified by the demand side to be capable of being used again and a written approval document is issued by the demand side, the next step can be conducted.

bb. The supplier is responsible for the quality of the product it supplies. The outsourcing materials, components, and equipment should meet the design requirement or the special requirements proposed by the demand side. To change the variety or specification of the outsourcing materials, components, and equipment, the supplier should first obtain the consent of the demander. Only when the demander agrees can the supplier implement changes.

cc. In the manufacturing process of the equipment, if it is needed to change the material, equipment structure or processing technology, the supplier should seek the demander's consent.

dd. For the equipment that needs to be pre-installed and pre-tuned, it should be assembled and debugged in the supplier's production site. After qualified, it can be sent out of the factory. For the large equipment that needs to be assembled in the demander's construction site due to transport requirement, the supply side should guarantee the assembly requirements before handing over to the demand side

2. Quality Commitment
a. Within the Warranty Period
If there is any quality problems arising within the warranty period, the supply side should send personnel to the site after it receives the message from the demand side. The sent personnel will not return until the equipment operates normally. The cost incurred is assumed by the supply side. If the equipment is damaged due to improper safekeeping or use, the supply side will also actively help to solve the problems, but the resulting costs are paid by the demand side.
b. Beyond the Warranty Period
If the equipment malfunctions after a long-term operation and the demand side is unable to solve the problem itself, the supply side will dispatch personnel to the site to help solve the problem after it receives messages from the demand side. All costs are borne by the demand side.

3. Installation and Debugging
a. In equipment installation and commissioning stage, the supply side sends technical experts and skilled workers to the scene to carry out technical guidance and deal with technical issues related to manufacture within the period required by the demand side. On-site trainings will also be provided to the technicians and workers on the demand side.
b. The supply side should strictly implement equipment installation standards and strictly control installation quality in accordance with process requirements and equipment installation procedures so as to ensure installation accuracy and qualified commissioning.
c. The supply side should provide good on-site services, such as installation guidance, to ensure the normal operation of the equipment.

4. After-sales Service
a. We will deal with the transport matters for the customers and ensure that the equipment arrives at the scene safely.
b. Spare parts are provided, so as to ensure normal operation.
c. Within the warranty period, we implement Three Guarantees for the product in accordance with the law of contract.
